Refund & Returns Policy

Overview

 Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase and you have failed to file a claim with us, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange, only store credit or a Voucher.

 For pre-orders, we offer a refund if more than 30 days after the lead time has passed and we haven’t delivered the order, as form of store credit or Voucher.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods  cannot be returned. We also do not accept back products that are intimate or sanitary goods, prototypes, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Pre-orders, that are within 30 days after initial lead time written in confirmation of the order.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds might be granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to you in the form of store credit or Voucher. Within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet and filled a claim before the 14 day period after purchase, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@heliumamplifier.com.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@heliumamplifier.com and send your item to us according to the instructions we provide you by email. Do not send products before you contact us!

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

To return your product, send us an email at support@heliumamplifier.com and send your item to us according to the instructions we provide you by email. Do not send products before you contact us!

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

By filing a return or refund claim with us and such return or refund has been granted either in whole or part under the present Refund and Returns Policy, you waive any further claims to us and you agree that you are releasing us from any liability that we may otherwise have to you in relation to or arising from this agreement or our services, for reasons including, but not limited to, failure of our service, negligence, or any other tort. 

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of the Refund and Returns Policy by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. 

For Jurisdictions that do not allow us to limit our liability: Notwithstanding any provision of these Terms, if your jurisdiction has provisions specific to waiver or liability that conflict with the above then our liability is limited to the smallest extent possible by law.  Specifically, in those jurisdictions not allowed, we do not disclaim liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by its negligence or that of any of its officers, employees or agents; or (b) fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any liability which it is not lawful to exclude either now or in the future.

 If you are a resident of a jurisdiction that requires a specific statement regarding release then the following applies.  For example, California residents must, as a condition of this agreement, waive the applicability of California Civil Code Section 1542, which states, “A general release does not extend to claims which the creditor does not know or suspect to exist in his or her favor at the time of executing the release, which if known by him or her must have materially affected his or her settlement with the debtor.”  You hereby waive this section of the California Civil Code.  You hereby waive any similar provision in Law, Regulation, or Code that has the same intent or effect as the aforementioned release in any other jurisdiction.
